Abstract
- The article reports that the state of Vermont has started a program to attract environmental engineering firms to the state and help the existing firms to expand. Governor Jim Douglas has opened new math, science and technology high schools across the state. Dairy farmers in the state are also harnessing the methane gas from cow manure to sell it as clean energy.
