Abstract

Postcraniectomy orthostatic headache is a rare, but disabling, condition which can often interfere with patient rehabilitation. Previously, postsurgical CSF leaks have generally been managed with surgical repair. We present the case of a 32-year-old man with postcraniectomy orthostatic headache which was successively managed with repeated lumbar epidural blood patches. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
