Abstract
- The article reports that Shelby will complete 1,000 GT500 KR automobiles in Las Vegas, Nevada during the 2008 model year, while Ford will build 10,000 GT500 cars annually through the same model year. The KR has more horsepower than the stock Shelby's 500 bhp. KR also features rocker panel racing stripe with the GT500 KR identification, a carbon-fiber hood and a 6-speed manual gearbox.
