- Describes the geologic relationships and lithologic units of southwestern and southeastern Tibet, China using field mapping. Two major episodes of Tertiary crustal shortening along the Indus-Tsangpo suture in the Yalu River valley in Tibet; Correlation of the structures in Tibet's Kailas and Zedong areas; Assessment of the creation of the thrust system.
