The Leading Edge of Refractive Research.

Information about several papers discussed during the meeting of the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology (ARVO) in the U.S. in 2007 is presented. A number of presentations on refractive topics, ranging from flapmaking comparisons to examinations of dark-adapted pupil size, had been seen. In addition, it had also been discussed some investigations of ectasia and how different procedures may weaken the cornea.
