Abstract
- The article focuses on an environmental protection movement in Woodstock, New York, aimed to bring down the net carbon emission level of the city to zero by 2017. The resolution was unanimously passed by the Town Board on March 13, 2007. In accordance with the resolution, a task force will be created by the town to inventory the use of energy. The task force will also make recommendations for improvements.
