Abstract
- The author reflects on a clinical case which addresses the issue of spontaneous regression of colorectal cancer. He cites several uncertainties that confront the issue including the potential of incorrect diagnosis and the lack of clear data concerning the frequency of regression. He also mentions the implications of cytokine treatments on the occurrence spontaneous regression in cancer.
