Exile administration offering tenshug to top 12 lamas.

The article focuses on the plan of the exile Tibetan administration to organize a series of long-life "Tenshug" offerings to 12 most prominent spiritual Tibetan spiritual leaders within the first half of 2007. The ceremonies are said to be under the guidance of the Department of Religion and Culture and with approval from Dalai Lama. As a start, the first three offerings last April 20, 23 and 24 was made by Menri Trizin, Minling Trichen Rinpoche and Kyabje Trulshi Rinpoche, respectively.
