Abstract
- The article reports on the decision of Chechnya President Ramzan Kadyrov to reduce the number of deputy prime ministers. His decision came as a surprise to many people. He even eliminated the post of deputy prime minister for security, held by one of his closest associates, Adam Delimkhanov. Kadyrov's deputies has been reduced from eight to three.
