Abstract
- The article reports that the Board of Education of Kearny, New Jersey and the parents of Matthew LaClair, student at Kearny High School, New Jersey have settled their disputes about history teacher David Paszkiewicz, who proselytized in class. The settlement includes training for teachers and students regarding the separation of church and state and a public statement praising the action of Matthew.
