Abstract
- The article discusses the occurrence of hybridization of DNA probes to genomic DNA on the specimen under a non-denaturing condition. According to the authors, they were able to show that the non-denaturing fluorescence in situ hybridization method has the potential ability to analyze replicon structures with high quality in a specific region in the mammalian genome by combining with in vivo replication labeling using a modified deoxyribonucleotide.
