Abstract
- The article presents the opinion of Steve Flatt, director of the Psychological Therapies Unit in Liverpool, England, on the issue of paper work management in nursing. He relates that his work in the private sector unit only involves paper works that are directly related to patient care. Moreover, he adds that in the passing years nursing has opted to a more academic role which resulted to nurses who managed rather than nurse.
