This paper approaches the most outstanding aspects of the model for the development of the Academic Administration (methodological work and formation for the teaching) of the Educational Learning Process in the Superior Education, sustained in the Information and the Communications Technologies (TIC). The use of the Information and the Communications Technologies in the Academic Administration, they facilitate the integration of resources, fellows and institutions to solve common problems, that which contributes to the improvement of the Educational Learning Process and therefore, to put it to tone with the current demands of the formation of university students in the current society of the information and the knowledge.
