The article announces the change from paper and Web site to on-line publication and distribution of the journal "Clin Invest Med." It offers potential advantages for authors, readers and our parent society which will become increasingly obvious as the features are gradually introduced. Meanwhile, reports show that the use of the web to expand paper journals and the growth of Web-only journals was found to be increasing rapidly.
