Abstract
- The article reports on a judgment, which rules out that New Jersey Meadowlands Commission is responsible for ensuring that low-income housing is included in the development of 21,000 acres it oversees in west of Manhattan, passed by an appellate court in New Jersey. The judgment resolved two lawsuits, including one brought in 2004 by New Jersey Builders Association. It was welcomed by Robert R. Ceberio, executive director of the meadowlands commission.
