Abstract: The article presents a study that evaluates international planning directions of mental healthcare service plans in various countries. The World Health Organization (WHO) administered the study by conducting web search on the health plans of different countries through information and full reference identification and classified them in different types. The study revealed that WHO initiative in reforming and creating unified health plan services is commendable.
