Abstract: This article describes a dispute between real estate broker Dolly Lenz and the developer of a building on Park Avenue in New York City. Lenz has been fired by the developer DCD America for failing to bring in any prospective buyers during the term of her contract. Lenz continues to advertise the building on her Web site even though the developer has hired Stribling & Associates to sell the property.
