COMMENT.

The article presents commentary on various domestic U.S. politics as of the week of January 22, 1972. An overview of environmental policy concerning anti-pollution regulations for bodies of water is given. Reform efforts by the Democratic Party to better include women in its political representation are discussed. Interactions between the Federal Communications Commission and the Bell Telephone system and AT&T are reviewed.
