Abstract
- The article reports on violence in Iraq. Two car bombings hit the Shiite areas in Baghdad, Iraq, on June 6, 2007. Three people were killed and 25 others injured in the attack. Besides, in other sectarian violence, 34 bodies were collected from across the district. Twelve people were killed and 18 injured in Diyala Province. Meanwhile, it is reported that the Turkish forces have begun an incursion into northern Iraq in pursuit of Kurdish guerrillas.
