Abstract

The article presents discussions of U.S. events as of December 21, 1974. Issues relating to taxation in the U.S. are examined. A federal clemency program for draft evaders and military deserters is scheduled to end by January 31, 1975. The U.S. Senate has approved the nomination of Nelson Rockefeller as vice president.
