- The article offers the author's views on perjury trials of the U.S. politicians including that of former U.S. President Bill Clinton and I. Lewis Libby, former chief of staff of Vice President, Richard B. Cheney. He refers to complexities of the two cases, and brings out the difference between them, despite the common accusation ground of lying under oath.
