Abstract: The article reports that all the people arrested in the wake of the failed car bombings in London, England, and at Glasgow Airport in Glasgow, Scotland, are expatriates. All eight arrested people are from the medical profession. Seven of them are physicians and one, a woman, is a laboratory technician. It is said that the development will have impacts on Great Britain's National Health Service.
