Abstract
- The article focuses on the decision of Toyota Motor Corp. to suspend its domestic production on July 23, 2007 due to a shortage of engine-parts supplies from Riken Corp. According to a Toyota spokesman, the Japanese auto maker does not have enough parts to restart operations at 12 factories in Japan.
