Study: Bandwidth, Workstations Still Lag.

The article reports on the 2007 Public Library Funding and Technology Access Study that found that despite nearly every public library in the U.S. being connected to the Internet, libraries still face challenges in providing sufficient workstations and bandwidth to meet the needs of users. The study was conducted by John Carlo Bertot and Charles R. McClure of the Information Institute at Florida State University, Tallahassee.
