Abstract

The article discusses the black economic empowerment (BEE) in South Africa. The BEE is a mechanism to rescue blacks from 350 years of economic exploitation, poverty and social degradation. The Department of Trade and Industry has released the final Codes of Good Practice for BEE to ensure the empowerment benefits to all kinds of blacks.
