- The article focuses on concerns of landlords that own office towers in the financial districts of several cities, including New York City and London, England. While the landlords' vacancy rates are low in 2007, many of them feel that if problems in the financial industry continue, many financial firms will vacate their offices and leave them with high vacancy rates.
