DEVELOPING ALGEBRAIC INSIGHT.

The article presents information on how algebraic symbols can enable students to understand algebra in a better way. It is stated that students with algebraic insight can very easily understand the meaning of an algebraic expression. It is mentioned that algebraic insight involves thinking carefully about the symbols used and key features of each algebraic expression, and thinking about the links between algebraic symbols and graphs and tables.
