Abstract
- The article reports on the important role played by Alana Seifi in the establishment of online radio in San Diego, California. She is the producer for a radio station hosted by SignOnSanDiego.com, and as such selects the music for one of the few radio stations to be presented by a major U.S. daily. AmplifySD, which launched in 2006, mixes the power of the Internet with the local impact of a daily paper.
