Undercount Of Violence In Schools.

This article reports that many of the principals at New York City's largest high schools have underreported the incidents of violence at their schools. The federal No Child Left Behind Law requires the reporting of violence or misbehavior in the schools. An audit of several schools found that many violent incidents go unreported because the principals have discretion over categorizing incidents.
