Abstract
- The intersection of International Law and the Conduct of War remains one of the most pressing issue areas in international ethics. In light of current events, teaching ethics demands a closer look at this intersection. This paper explores whether recent history supports the idea that a moral community is evolving from the growing architecture of legal structures regarding the conduct of war, and what that means for teaching about international law and moral conduct in war. ..PAT.-Unpublished Manuscript [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
