Abstract

Abstract:This paper is organized in two interconnected parts. First, the theoretical approach on the concept of Implementability including the variables which are considered its supportive structure, are outlined. Specifically, it is suggested that the variables: political governmental will, cost-efficient resources, and legislative domestic incorporation of the International Human Rights Law; known as the variables part of the process of Implementability will, if developed integrally, offer better opportunities to realize human rights. Second, the contemporary problem of the wounding effects of the economic globalization on the social level of the majority of the peoples of the world could be gradually or rapidly overcame by reaching the Social Globalization This Concept will be developed as well. Finally, the objective of this paper is to create and trigger the debate on the difficulties faced by the United Nations strategies and policies in accomplishing the Universal Declaration of Human Rights standards through a unique global Plan of work towards the MDG's fulfilment.Keywords: United Nations; Implementability; International Human rights Law; Social Globalization; MDG's ..PAT.-Unpublished Manuscript [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
