The Civilizing of Parenthood and the Legal Regulation of Post-Separation Custody: Toward a Comparative Analysis.

This paper reports on an on-going research project aiming to contribute to a reshaping of the international research agenda on the changing legal regulation of family life by examining the ways in which recent transformations of family law are part of longer-term processes of social change.
