Corporate BI Projects Face Skeptical Users.

The article reports on the efforts of information technology (IT) managers in the U.S. to prove business intelligence (BI) technology to end users and executives. Despite the democratization of BI, IT managers are having problems in convincing users and executives about its benefits, such as stronger return on investment.
