Abstract
- The article focuses on hate crimes in Germany during the summer of 2007. Particular attention is given to the treatment of Muslims living in Germany, as well as the prejudices that they encounter due to their religion. The author reports that racially motivated attacks are on the rise in Germany, with many remembering the country's Nazi past and fearing for minorities. The author reviews various publicized hate crimes that took place in Germany in 2007.
