- Presents the findings of a study on the effect of temperature and pH on the structural and conformational stability of horseradish peroxidase isoenzyme c (HRPc). Use of detailed circular dichroism and tryptophan fluorescence in the experiment; Thermal unfolding of HRP; Change in tryptophan fluorescence of HRPc with temperature.
