Abstract
- The article reports on seven of the ten top performing U.S. mutual funds in 2007. The top ten, which include AIM China and Matthews China, are all focused on China. A discussion of increases which have been seen in 2007 in China's stock indexes, including Hong Kong's Hang Seng Index is presented. A plan from the Chinese government which would allow Chinese citizens to invest in the Hang Seng Index is discussed.
