Abstract
- The article reports on the appointment of Viktor Zubkov as the prime minister of Russia. The author narrated that the president signed a decree appointing Zubkov as the head of the cabinet of ministers after an hour of the endorsement of the state Duma of his candidacy. Zubkov's policy speech was also mentioned.
