SERGEI LAVROV'S TRIANGULAR BOAT.

The article comments on the speech delivered Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov in September 2007 before students at the Moscow State Institute of International Relations in Russia regarding Russia's relations with the U.S. and Great Britain. He stressed that Russia and the U.S. are not adversaries and cited the possibilities for returning normal relations between the two countries on the basis of equal rights, due regard for each other's interests, mutual benefits and foreign policy.
