Abstract
- The article focuses on studies concerning adeno-associated vectors (AAV) and cardiovascular disease. A study conducted by C.F. McTiernan may provide some clue to new pathways controlling the delicate balance between induction of deleterious T-cell responses and operational immune tolerance to the AAV2 and payload gene proteins.
