Abstract
- A reprint of the article "The Right Stop," by Edward F. Dragan, which appeared in the December 2007 issue of "American School Board Journal" is presented. It states that bus stop safety is a growing concern in many school districts, which can be attributed to several factors, including school bus accident statistics. It is inferred that treating each stop as unique is the best way to ensure a high degree of bus stop safety. It offers a list of the four key elements for selecting and maintaining bus stops.
