Abstract

A case study of a 25-year-old man was referred for dermatological consultation with an asymptomatic swelling of the penis and scrotum present for 9 months is presented. The patient has no history of surgery, trauma or venereal disease, and no other symptoms. Chronic scrotal or penoscrotal oedema can be a result of venous or lymphatic obstruction that may be caused by malignancy, venereal disease, trauma and peritoneal dialysis.
