Abstract

The article cites innovations adopted for the journal "BJU International" for 2008. Some of the innovative actions being taken include the division of papers into sections, introduction of Comments and Conversations and the development of the Surgery Illustrated section. Starting January 2008, the journal will be published twice each month. The journal's new Web site will also be launched.
