Abstract
- Shows that the function of RhoA, a guanosine triphosphatase, in lamellae formation and migration is regulated by the alpha6beta4 integrin and cyclic adenosine monophosphate metabolism. Blockade of RhoA translocation by inhibiting phosphodiesterase activity; Alpha6beta4 integrin of the migration of carcinoma cells; Formation of actin-rich protrusions.
