Abstract
- The article invites recipients of computer applications from libraries and organizations with a mandate to provide public access to information, for the Access to Learning Award (ATLA) 2008 in Great Britain. It stated that the award recognises excellence and innovation, in public libraries and similar institutions, in the provision of access to information through the use of computers and the Internet, at no cost to the user. Moreover, the recipient will receive the substantial prize of $1 million.
