Medios necios que acusáis a la justicia… ¿sin razón…?

The article discusses the judicial system in the eyes of the media. The author argues that both entities, while often at odds with one another, should begin to work with each other so as to effectively contribute to the strengthening of rights granted by the state. The article presents the case of Brazil, in which a study showed that, while public power and authority was on the rise, the amount of information available to the public was still lacking. The author believes that, while such a discomposition of the judicial system is taking place, a new one will form which will, in turn, strengthen democratic institutions.
