Abstract

The article focuses on the New York-based information technology (IT) solution provider Atlantic Tomorrow. It was founded in 1959 as photocopier dealer with five employees and has grown to a 200-employees IT services provider. It earned $40 million revenue in 2006 and expects to increase it by 10 million in 2007. Commitment to service is considered to be the most important factor in the success of Atlantic, whose products carry its Seal of Satisfaction which assures customers that a technician will be on-site within four hours of a call for support. According to Atlantic vice president Adam Weiss, providing network services with service level agreements from beginning to end is a big growth area for the company.
