Abstract

The article discusses in vivo selection of antigen-specific clone. This paper focuses on the developments to immunology since the theory of Burnet's clonal selection theory has been established. The theory ushered a revolution in the field including the author's new evidence of in vivo negative and positive selection of antigen-specific clones.
