Abstract

The article reports on the study concerning the development of nanowire technology that embeds embryonic stem cells by the researchers of the University of California in Berkeley. It reveals that silicon nanowire could connect individual cells to one another as well as wire the cells to external sensors and other electronic devices. It is expressed that the interaction of nanowires and biological cells occur with external force.
