Abstract

The article reports on the joint implementation of environmental supervision on exporters by the Ministry of Foreign Trade & Economic Cooperation and the Ministry of Environmental Protection (DEP) in Jiangsu Sheng, China. DEP officials announced that exporters from the province will have to accept the supervision from the two agencies. Violators of the environmental protection regulations will be given administrative sanctions.
