Abstract

The article discusses international relations among the U.S., France and Great Britain. It states that France has become a pro-American, and Britain, an anti-American, country. It mentions that the change of political command in France and Britain explains the inversion of roles. A survey by the German Marshall Fund shows that, support for "U.S. leadership in world affairs," dropped in Europe since 2002 to 36 percent from 64 percent, with Britain having the steepest drop.
